Trackout controls refer to the measures taken to prevent or minimize the spread of soil and other construction materials from a construction site onto public roads and adjacent properties. Trackout can occur when heavy construction vehicles, such as excavators, dump trucks, and bulldozers, exit a site and transport soil and other materials onto public roads and surrounding areas.
